External users are unable to expand filter on csm portal Steps to Reproduce <Include pre-requisites when reproducing the issue on a default version demo instance. (e.g. activate a certain plugin)> 1. Install Tokyo Patch1 2.Enable customer service plugins (and demo data) - com.sn_customerservice - com.snc.customerservice.demo 3. Upgrade to Tokyo Patch4 4. Impersonate to julie.lewis 5. Go to csm portal with URL as below https://InstanceName.service-now.com/csm?id=csm_my_lists&table=sn_customerservice_case&view=csp&target_page_id=csm_ticket&filter=null&sel=all 6. Click Filter icon to expand condition builder Expected behavior: User is able to see condition builder Actual behavior: External users are unable to expand filter on csm portal. Nothing happens.
