There is no default form view for the 'cmdb_ci_instance_scale_set' table from the 'CMDB CI Class Models' plugin. When going to the 'cmdb_ci_instance_scale_set' table on the instance and clicking the 'New' button, a form is loaded with no fields in it. The issue is observed with Discovery an Service Mapping plugins version 1.0.99 and 1.3.0. Steps to Reproduce 1. Install the 'CMDB CI Class Models' plugin with version 1.45 or below. This is a dependent plugin to "Discovery an Service Mapping plugins". 2. Go to the 'cmdb_ci_instance_scale_set' table. 3. Click on the 'New' button and wait for the form to load. Observe that it does not have any fields in it.
This problem has been fixed in "Discovery and Service Mapping patterns" plugin version 1.5.0. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to. The previously used workaround consisted in the following steps: 1. Change scope to "CMDB CI Class Models". 2. Load the attached files: sys_ui_form_sections_0a8be057db6d511077bfdad1f39619f6.xml sys_ui_section_258aa413db6d511077bfdad1f3961975.xml NOTE: this loads the correct form in the instance, but it remains uninitialized. 3. Open a record in the "cmdb_ci_instance_scale_set" table or try to create one. From the options menu select: Configure - Form Design. 4. Make any change and then save the form, which would initialize it.
