AI Search fails to return any result for users without snc_internal or admin role, generating the message "I am sorry but I didn't understand your request". Steps to Reproduce 1) Request for AI Search to be enabled on the instance. 2) Install the following CSM Plugins: com.snc.customerservice.demo, com.glide.cs.chatbot, com.sn_csm.virtualagent. 3) Sync all of the AI Search NLU vocabularies. Then train and publish the AI Search NLU model. 4) Configure the AI Search required Virtual Agent Conversation settings under the "Custom greetings and setup" group. 5) Enable the NLU. 6) Configure the catalog item or KB article so that it can be access by either Guest or any user without internal role. 7) On another browser, navigate to a portal with either no Glide user logged in, or logged in as user without internal role. 8) Type in the keyword for searching a catalog item or the KB article. The genius result is not returned. A message is returned with: "I am sorry but I didn't understand your request".
