Workaround

The reason the "Insert and Stay" is not appearing is because there is "Submit" button on the alm_license with the same action name 'sysverb_insert_and_stay'. /sys_ui_action.do?sys_id=4ac4ad2d535001100e23ddeeff7b1213 The 'Submit' button is from the 'Software Asset Management Foundation' package. As a workaround, deactivate the "Submit" UI action which will help show the "Insert and Stay" UI action. Recommended solution is to upgrade to Tokyo patch 10 or Utah patch 5 and set the 'glide.ui.advanced' property to true after the upgrade.
