Selecting the suggested KB article from the search autocomplete fails and causes 401 error. Steps to Reproduce 1 - Switch to SOW workspace or CSM from search context. 2 - Type 'cookie' on search term. 3 - Click on the demo KB article "What is a cookie" from the autocomplete suggestion. Notice the expected record does not open and you get the 401 error.
