In the Tokyo release, AI search in the workspaces (Agent workspace for HR case management and Manager workspace) does not return any results for records from the HR case and its child tables, HR profile, and HR Task tables, as the required AI search indexed sources are missing. Steps to Reproduce 1. Enable AI search in the instance. 2. Navigate to Agent workspace for HR case management. 3. In the search bar, search for "General Inquiry" or anything related to HR tasks or HR profiles. 4. In the results page, there are no records from these 3 tables - HR case, HR task, HR profile
Navigate to All > Retrieved update sets . Click Import update set from XML . Upload the attached XML file. Open the imported update set record and click Preview Update Set . Click Commit Update Set to commit the changes. Repeat steps 2 to 5 for all 3 XML files. Navigate to All > Experiences Open the "HR agent workspace" record. Under the "UX Page properties" related list, open the 'globalSearchDataConfigId' and change the value to sys_id of search application configuration with name – "[AIS] HR agent workspace search config". (sys_id – f4c232b9775211103055e87dbd5a99e1) Repeat step 9 for Manager Workspace experience where the search application configuration is "[AIS] Manager Workspace Search Config". (sys_id - 7d78849053861110dd61ddeeff7b1229) Navigate to All > AI search index > Indexed sources list and open HR case record and click Index All Tables to index the records.
