After upgrading the EC plugin to version 26.0.2, when rejecting using the Todos Approval Actions widget on the standard ticket page, it is no longer enforcing the mandatory comments. Steps to Reproduce 1. Create an HR Case that has an associated approval record - (or just update the source_table and document_id of an existing sysapproval_approver record in the requested state to reference an HR Case) 2. Impersonate the approver and navigate to /esc 3. Navigate to My Tasks/My Todos 4. In the left navigator, select the above Approval record. The approval record will be displayed in the right panel (To-dos task Line Item widget) https://empmrivettit.service-now.com/esc?id=hrm_todos_page 5. Click "Reject" on this view. A popup requesting a reason will be displayed, as expected. Note that the "Reject Request" button is disabled, as expected. 6. In the header of the "To-dos task Line Item" widget, click on the HRC number, to open it on the hrm_ticket_page page: https://empmrivettit.service-now.com/esc?id=hrm_ticket_page&sys_id=e39342091b3959509f552f49b04bcb70&table=sn_hr_le_case 7. Under the "Tasks/To-Dos" tab in the "Standard Ticket Tab" widget, select the approval record, which will open in the right-hand panel 8. In the "Todos Approval Actions" widget, click on "Reject"
The same popup displayed in step 5 above should be shown, forcing the user to provide a reason for rejecting the approval.
The approval record gets rejected even if the mandatory field "comments" is not populated.
This PRB is fixed. Please upgrade to EC 27.0.7 version.
