Some timestamp columns in Workspace list view display inconsistent values as "52y ago".
Set the system property glide.sys.date_format to a value like 'dd.MM.yyyy'. Within the general settings, set the Date/Time value to 'Both' or set the user preference 'glide.ui.date_format' to the value: {"timeAgo":false,"dateBoth":true} . Navigate to Agent Workspace. Open an incident list view and ensure a timestamp field is present on the list. Notice some of the records have a timestamp value of '52y ago'.
This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
