Agent session getting expired when ever a new incident is created from connect/agent workspace live agent chat using Create Incident quick action
Install Connect Support or com.glide.interaction.awa plugin on any instance. Set Connect Fulfiller/Agent Workspace fulfiller from Conversational Interfaces->Settings->Agent Chat Start a live agent interaction from web-client(user should be "admin" only as issue is not reproducible with any other user )using connect support/agent chat As an agent from connect/agent workspace, create a incident by clicking on the hamberger/quick actions icon(login as Beth Anglin from Connect/Agent Workspace in Safari/Chrome/firefox latest version) Ensure the incident is submitted Expected behavior: The agent session should continue as the agent is accessing the instance Actual behavior: The agent session gets expired after creating an incident
