An inactive catalog variable causes an following error in an action's boolean input Error: currentInputValue.includes is not a function
Create a custom action - with input with type True/False, the rest does not matter, save and publish Create a flow, add trigger Created or Updated, select table sc_task Add action Get Catalog Variables, for the following fields, do these: (a) Submitted Request - drag and drop "Catalog Task Record" from the trigger (b) Template Catalog Items and Variable Set - search for iPhone and pick the items (c) Click Done Add your custom action, check the True/False input variable Save the flow, Uncheck the box on your custom action Go to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items. Search for iPhone. select the record/variable from step 3, and set Active to false Save the flow, you see an error "currentInputValue.includes" is not a function Note the first save will be okay, but the second save will result in the error
