When using Virtual Agent Dashboard the VA Channel Breakdown does not work as expected. The VA ChannelBreakdown does not display any elements. There are no errors and this seems to occur because the breakdown source looks for the element device_type on the sys_choice table. Please see the screen shot attached of the symptoms and the probable cause.
Ensure that Virtual Agent and VA Analytics is installed 1. Access VA Dashboard (Virtual Agent Insight) 2. Navigate to the Users Tab 3. Click on one of the lines to access the VA: Number of Unique Users from.... 4. In "Search breakdowns and elements" enter VA Channel 5. See that it always displays "No elements to display" This seems to b happening due to the breakdown source looks in sys_choice table for an element that does not exist. Expected behavior: There should be a breakdown Actual behavior: There is no breakdown
