Currently the business rule "Sync Affected CI Dynamic Group" runs for any insertion of Dynamic CI groups into the task_ci (affected CIs related list) table which can add a large amount of records into the task_ci table. Steps to Reproduce 1. Create a CMDB Group 2. Create a Dynamic CI Group 3. Navigate to a new record that extends task (eg sc_task) 4. Fill in the created dynamic group in to the configuration item Notice when saving the record all associated Cis to the Dynamic CI group are also added to the affected CI related list
Amend the Business Rule "Sync Affected CI Dynamic Group" (sys_id=a77e5938231220101488dc1756bf65cc) to have the following conditions: Task.Task Type is "Change Request OR "Incident" OR "Problem AND Configuration Item is not Empty AND Configuration Item.Class is "Dynamic CI Group
