User initials in the avatar missing if the image in live_profile is deleted. Steps to Reproduce > Login to any OOB instance (Rome or previous) > Open live_profile record > Example : Delete the image of the Abel Tuter > Navigate to below VTB on an incognito window: https://instance-name.service-now.com/$vtb.do?sysparm_board=add88ae71b104110c57c63142a4bcbe5 > Observe that the initials are missing. > Check on the incognito window that the Avatar does not have the initials. (or check disable cache on network tab)
Please be informed that the issue is fixed in SanDiego version. Upgrade your instance to fixed versions to resolve the issue. Unfortunately no workaround is available for this issue.
