Users must have role sn_hr_er.case_writer role in order to create an Employee relation (ER) case within workspace, new workspace, and platform. Any user should be able to create an Employee relation case in esc and Service Portal. In workspace, new workspace, and platform user must have role sn_hr_er.case_writer to create Employee relation (ER) case The Opened for, Subject Person, and Work Notes fields disappeared when we attempted to create a new case by impersonating (Case Agent-1) who only has the sn_hr_core.basic role and selecting the service as "Communicable Diseases/Contagious Illness," but we were still able to do so by clicking the "Create case" button. But the case was empty when HR Service opened it.
Log in as a user without the sn_hr_er.case_writer role. Navigate to Platform, Workspace, and New Workspace. Create an ER case with HR Service Report Misconduct. Upon creation of an ER case, notice that the HR Service field is not populated correctly.
