Multi Row Variable Sets (MRVS) are overriding values on original row when you double click on another row, the original row values are changing Hop on to ant San Diego out-of-box (OOB) instance Impersonate any user Setup a catalog item with multirow variable set Go to Service Portal and search for the catalog item on step 2 Fill-up the the catalog item Add rows in the multirow variable set Do step 5 3-4 times Click the pencil icon of first row then second row quickly Fill up the pop-up form Click save Observe the record in the first and second row are updated with same values NOTE: If you cannot reproduce it, do step 7 for a few times, issue happens in Service Portal when there is a slow network or when we click on any MRVS action which makes the MRVS modal open, and before the modal opens we click on other actions.
