When viewing a KB Article in Agent Workspace in a non-English language, the article attachments are not displayed. However, this works fine when the article is viewed in Engish. Steps to Reproduce 1. Navigate to Agent Workspace/CWF workspace as English user. 2. Create an Article with Attachments. 3. Translate the article into a non-English language (french) and Publish the article. 4. Now open into Agent Workspace/CWF workspace as French user. 5. Open the KB article created above. Actual Behaviour : Attachments are not displayed on the article view page for the french user.
Attachments should be displayed.
