When users click or navigate to a link containing an HTML bookmark, the link opens the article in KM SP at the top of the page and not where the bookmark is set within the article.
In an affected instance: Create an article using the HTML attribute to create an HTML bookmark (see: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_id.asp) Use Copy permalink to get get the correct link to the article in the knowledge portal Add the HTML ID to the end of the link as described on the w3school website Paste the URL into the browser to go directly to the article Notice how the article loads and the user is placed at the top of the article and not where the HTML ID is specified within the article. This worked correctly in previous releases.
This issue has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
