Closing topic in Custom Greetings and Setup is reverted to "closing Conversation" after upgrade instance even it is modified as empty
Steps to reproduce 1. Install Paris Patch 7b instance 2. Activate VA plugin 3. Go to Collaboration > General Settings 4. Change "closing topic" to "—Please Select--" and click save 5. Upgrade the instance to Quebec Patch1 6. Go to Collaboration > Virtual Agent > Custom Greetings and Setup and open Default chat experience Actual result: Setup topic type - Closing is set as Closing Conversation. (refer to screenshot) Expected results: Setup topic type – Closing should be set as empty
After the upgrade, the customer can remove the "closing topic" from "Custom Greetings and Setup" if they were not using it before the upgrade.
