Generally when an agent sends a message/link then CCCIF will receive the value as text but for some URL links, values are getting converted to GroupedPart Rich control (multi-link) based on some condition before it is received by CCCIF. For this rich control - It is failing in outbound transformer because there is no description with the rich control. Steps to Reproduce 1. Make sure Agent chat is enabled and end user can chat from MS Team with the Agent in Workspace. 2. Open ms team send hi from the virtual bot and accept it as an agent in Agent workspace. 3. During conversation as an agent copy below hyperlink and paste in chat, notice it gets failed and not getting passed to MS team. http://support.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0200208 4. If send below message in URL then it goes through: http://support.service-now.com/kbid=kb_article_view
