In ticket conversation widget, attachment name is encoded for special characters Steps to Reproduce 1. Open /sp, service portal and any record producer for ex- Create Incident 2. Fill mandatory variable. 3. lick on paper clip icon to attach something. 4. Attach some pictures and click on the pencil icon to edit the attachment name, replace it with "plus + plus + plus". 5. and then submit the record producer, and notice that in the Ticket conversation widget, the attachment name will be: "plus + plus + plus.png"
Unfortunately, there is no workaround available for this issue. The instance needs to be upgraded to anyone of the fixed versions: 1. Rome
