The Baseline is causing the slowness to load the CI form. Steps to Reproduce 1. Create a Computer or any hardware extended CI o(of your choice) and add some relationships. 2. Now, enable the baseline. 3. Now load the form with abiove and observe the response time. 4. Now add the baseline formatter to the form and wait for few hours to generate the baseline for all. 5. Try loading the form now and observe the response time. Below are my test results: Instance Name: empgguntojup Version: Paris Patch 4 Ci Name: MacBook Pro 17" https://empgguntojup.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=cmdb_ci_computer.do?sys_id=06a92c0d3790200044e0bfc8bcbe5dae%26sysparm_view=default_-_no_baseline View >> Default (With Baseline) Response time(ms): 10342, Network: 7, server: 9296, browser: 1039 View >> Default - No Baseline (With No Baseline) Response time(ms): 2218, Network: 10, server: 1387, browser: 821 Note: With no baseline items also I am seeing huge lag in response. Even when sys_property, "com.cmdb.baseline.max_changes", has been set to a lower number it still takes as muh time Workaround 1. You can try setting very minimal value for "com.cmdb.baseline.max_changes". but this is not much helpful most of times. 2. If the above workaround does not work, unfortunately we donot have any other workaround at this moment. This problem is currently under review.
