Due to this Upgrade customers are facing issues, because their customised values are getting overridden.
Take any pre Paris instance and customize toolbar using table level configuration in 'text' column of kb_knowledge. Upgrade to Paris instance. Observe that custom table level configuration is overridden using new OOB configuration.
Reconfigure the respective table level configuration for instance 'text' column of kb_knowledge.
