Questionnaire button doesn't show up until the screen is refreshed if changing the State to "changes to Accepted" for Assessment "Inspection Questionnaire".
Need to activate the following Plugins with Demo Data. Customer Service (com.sn_customerservice) Customer Service Management Demo Data (com.snc.customerservice.demo) Field Service Management (com.snc.work_management) 1. Go to "Field Service -> Work Order -> Create New". Set the Company to "Wonka Inc". 2. Click on the Button "Ready For Qualification" This will automatically have a task. 3. Set the Task to: Dispatcher: California Dispatchers Assignment Group: San Diego South Central Assigned to: Tyree Courrege 4. Log in to the Agent Mobile App as the user "Tyree Courrege". 5. Go to "My Work -> See All". 6. Select the Work Order Task created just now. 7. Click the "Accept" button. The "Start Travel" and "Start Work" button appear. 8. Click the "Start Work" button. The "Questionnaire" Top Function appears. 9. Repeat step 1 ~ 6. 11. Click the "Accept" button. Expected behavior The "Questionnaire" Top Function should appear after the screen is refreshed. Actual behavior The "Questionnaire" Top Function doesn't appear after the screen is refreshed.
