If there are two records starting with same word and only one present in recent selections, when you select the one from recent selection the other one is selected Steps to Reproduce - Log into OOTB Paris instance - Create two users as below: One with name - Test agent (Firstname: Test , lastname: agent) Other with name - Test user (Firstname: Test , lastname: user) - In Agent workspace, Open a new incident - Type "Test" in the caller field and select "Test agent" - Fill in mandatory fields and save the record This will create a recent selection for user "Test agent" - Now open another new incident record and type "Test" in the caller field - Select "Test agent" from the Recent selections - Click away from the field "caller" or any other field such as short description Issue: See that though we selected "Test agent", caller fied changes to "Test user" Please refer Attached screen recording
