Reference field with the database name 'package' does not work. The reference is broken and shows the error "The page you are looking for could not be found."
Login into OOTB Paris instance Configure form layout of incident and create a new field with Name - Release Package Database column name : u_release_package Type: Reference Table to reference: change_request Add and Save the form layout Click on Magnifying glass of reference field created above.
