In a high volume event, when a user types in virtual agent, text searches are executed (for auto suggest). This causes additional load on the database. If there are a high amount of text_index events noticed, check to see if sys_metadata is in an indexing state. If so, there is a strong possibility that they are impacted by this PRB. Steps to Reproduce 1. Send autosuggest a high amount of traffic via VA web client. 2. As a result, the database can be overwhelmed. Workaround ** Note: This requires the maint role which is only available to ServiceNow technical support. ** The best option is to create a new text ts_configuration for sys_cs_topic. Goto ts_configuration_list.do > New > Select sys_cs_topic and v4 > Save. Then open that record and click Generate Text Index. This will move sys_cs_topic text index from under sys_metadata and into this own ts_ group of text. The query should be much faster as there are only 50 or record in sys_cs_topic.
