Multi Line Text on ServicePortal not adjusting its size according to the content in it Steps to Reproduce 1. Login into OOB instance 2. Open the service portal and open the catalog item Apple Ipad3 3. Now select test1 as test1 field and click on Show/hide 4. Now change the values of the test1 to test2 5. Then according to the client script the short description field is not showing up the complete text inside it.
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
