Event Management dashboard does not show current alerts for some services.
Disable "Event Management - Impact Calculator for Alert Groups and SLA job" Wait untill hash of last_impact_batch_calc_job-2 will have a gap greater than 1000 from other impact calculation jobs. Enable "Event Management - Impact Calculator for Alert Groups and SLA job" It might take a time to close the gap. In case the instance has a large number of alert group services, the EM dashboard will not show relevant alerts until caught up.
Import attached script into the instance. Open sysauto_script table. Edit "Event Management - Impact Calculator for Alert Groups and SLA" script. Add following line: new EvtMgmtAlertGroupsImpactCalculatorHashSync().checkAndSync(); The line should be added as the first line of the script before line: var impactManager = new SNC.ImpactManager();
