If an instance has one of the following apps active, other apps will no longer be available on the instance to install: - IT Fundamentals Dashboard (com.sn_apphealth) - Knowledge PA Scoped App (com.snc.pa.knowledge) - Service Now Chatbot Admin Screen (com.snc.bot_install_ui) Steps to Reproduce 1. Activate the plugin com.snc.pa.knowledge and verify the sys_store_app.sys_id on the instance for this app 2. Alternatively activate the plugin com.snc.bot_install_ui. 3. Restart the instance nodes. Observe com.sn_apphealth will no longer be available on the instance.
