A template setting value using gs.getUserID() will retain the value of whoever user applied the template the previous time. Steps to Reproduce 1. Create a template on incident setting caller to " javascript: gs.getUserId(); ". 2. Impersonate any itil user and create an incident using that template. 3. Impersonate a different itil user and create an incident using that template.
This behaviour is expected and by design. The template caching is controlled by the system property 'glide.ui.template_cache.enabled'. As a workaround, if this property is set to 'false', templates are not cached at session level and the current userId populates correctly.
