Impacted releases: Madrid Patch 8, New York Patch 2 Reference fields on Case Creation form do not respect advanced reference qualifiers After Adding Topic Category and Topic Detail on the HR agent Workspace case creation page is not retrieving data
Prerequisites: Human Resources Scoped App: Core [com.sn_hr_core] plugin including demo data Log into instance as admin 2. Open "Opened for [opened_for]" dictionary record for HR Case [sn_hr_core_case] table 3. Change "Reference qualifier" field value to "javascript:'user_name=tori.villaescusa';" and save 4. In the application navigator filter enter "sn_hr_core_case.do" to open a new HR Case form 5. Click on the reference lookup icon for the "Opened for" field and confirm that "Tori Villaescusa" is the only listed option 6. In the application navigator select HR Case Management > Create New Case to open the Case Creation "Employee Search" screen 7. Search for and select any existing user 8. In the Case Creation form click the down arrow for the "Opend for" field Expected behavior: User "Tori Villaescusa" should be the only available option Actual behavior: All users are listed
This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases. This requirement can be added to the Idea Portal, or it can be voted on (if it is already submitted).
