If change request form's related lists - Approvers has default filter applied then when you try edit slushbucket, it applies filter to sluskbucket as well and due to this results don't come up. Steps to Reproduce 1. Navigate to any OOB Quebec Instance 2. Go to change > Open - > Open any change request with status Assess. 3. Go to related lists -> Approvers. 4. Configure list control and untick "Omit edit button " -> update record. 5. Click on Edit UI Action in related lists and add couple of users. 6. Click on any record and change state to no longer required. 7. Add filter condition in Related lists "status is not "No longer required" -> Set as default filter. 8. Click on edit ui action again. Expected - All users should appear Actual - Condition applies
No workaround. You need to remove filter in slushbucket to see all approvers.
