When viewing a request item the variable editor only displays three records of a multi-row variable set when List v3 is active. If List v3 is inactivated then all the records of the multi-row variable set are displayed (as expected).
Make sure the property glide.ui.list_v3.enable is set to true: /nav_to.do?uri=sys_properties.do?sys_id=20f92b41d7033100b0b044580e6103fb Navigate to a default catalog item like Apple ipad3: /nav_to.do?uri=pc_hardware_cat_item.do?sys_id=060f3afa3731300054b6a3549dbe5d3e Create a multirow variable set in it Click Try it on the catalog item Fill in more than 5 records in the multi-row variable set Submit. Check the requested item that was created It will show only 3 to 5 records but not more than 5 Set glide.ui.list_v3.enable to false Clear the cache Check the requested item again All records that were entered are now shown
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. The workaround is to disable List V3
