Out of box Client script "analytics" will throw javascript error in Service Portal since the script contains "window." Steps to Reproduce 1. Make sure plugin Next-Gen BSM is active (com.snc.ng_bsm) 2. Client script "analytics" that is created from this plugin is the issue 3. Copy the sys_id of a client script and paste that into the URL below where "sys_id=" Navigate to https://InstanceName.service-now.com/sp?id=form&table=cmdb_ci&sys_id=adfd748437201000deeabfc8bcbe5d2f&view=sp 4. Notice you will receieve the error message (g_env) [SCRIPT:EXEC] Error while running Client Script "analytics": TypeError: Cannot read property 'GlideWebAnalytics' of null
Since "window." is not supported in Service Portal. You can set client script analytics to have a UI type of "Desktop" instead of all. analytics Client script https://InstanceName.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_script_client.do?sys_id=f8235c80539b13003f0addeeff7b12e8
