Customers are seeing an issue where the user does not see fields in form sections when the record initially loads, but will see them after loading the form again. After the second load, the user will consistently see the fields that were missing.
When the task does not have a record history, moving the activity stream to the top of the form, no form component display
The temporary workaround is to flush the cache, and the permanent workaround as of now is to move the activity stream to the last form tab.
