Interactive filter records against CMDB tables cannot be opened and cause the system to nearly run out of memory when someone tries to open the interactive filter record.
Navigate to Reports > Interactive filters. Select Name: interactive-filter-name. Note whether any memory issues occur.
Deactivate the GetDynamicaTableValuesForFilter business rule and retrieve the original interactive filter.
