The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.10-h30 - July 31, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.10-h30, 11.1.6-h35., 11.1.16.. Fixed an issue where telemetry data was not sent to the cloud due to the firewall being unable to resolve the destination server's FQDN even when a proxy server was configured. With this fix, the firewall properly sends telemetry data through the configured proxy server without requiring direct public DNS resolution for the telemetry server's FQDN.
