The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 12.1.4-h2 - May 28, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 12.1.7., 12.1.5, 12.1.4-h2. Fixed an issue where autocommits failed after an upgrade due to configuration memory allocation issues and 100% policy rule cache usage when both DNS Rewrite and URL Custom Category Match were configured.
