The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.1.10-h12 - September 09, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.2.11, 12.1.5, 11.1.14, 11.1.13-h1, 11.1.6-h25, 11.1.10-h12. Fixed an issue on the firewall where, after an upgrade, OSPF adjacencies remained in the exchange state, which resulted in an incomplete routing table.
