The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 12.1.5 - September 04, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 12.1.5. Fixed an issue where configuring a custom vulnerability object signature condition failed to commit when the negate option was disabled on the condition, and changes made to a custom vulnerability object were successfully committed to Panorama but not pushed to the firewall. This occurred when a vulnerability object contained two signatures.
