The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.10 - October 17, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.2-h9, 10.2.10, 10.2.7-h12, 11.1.3-h2., 10.2.8-h10. Fixed an issue where a TLS client hello was split into multiple packets and arrived out of order, so the packets were dropped and the session terminated.
