The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.9 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.0.5, 10.2.9, 11.1.2-h4, 11.1.3. Fixed a temporary hardware issue that caused PAN-SFP-PLUS-CU-5M to not be able to link up on PA-3400 and PA-1400 Series firewalls.
