The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.10-h2 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.5, 10.2.4-h4, 10.1.10-h2. ( VM-Series, PA-400 Series, PA-1400, PA-3400, and PA-5400 Series firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) packets experienced a delay in processing, which caused the BFD connection to flap.
