The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.16, 10.2.4, 10.1.9. Fixed an issue on Panorama where a commit push to managed firewalls failed when objects were added as source address exclusions in a Security policy and Share Unused Address and Service Objects with Devices was unchecked.
