The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.6 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.15, 10.1.6. ( Firewalls in HA configurations only ) Fixed an issue where policy based forwarding (PBF) sessions between virtual systems (vsys) weren't pushed to the high availability peer.
