The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.4 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.4, 9.1.15. Fixed an issue where a delay to detect when an interface was down after a cable pull caused traffic to be black-holed to the downed link for 10 or more seconds.
