The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9 - May 06, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.9. Fixed an issue on Panorama where a password change in a template did not reset an expired password flag on the firewall, which caused the user to change their password when logging in to a firewall.
