The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 8.1.19 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 8.1.19, 9.1.8. ( PA-7000 Series firewalls only ) Fixed an issue where Network Processing Cards (NPC) took longer than expected or failed to boot.
