The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.10-h21 - July 21, 2026. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.1.6-h10, 10.2.10-h21, 10.2.13-h10, 11.2.7, 10.2.14, 12.1.4, 11.1.10.
