The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 9.1.6 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 9.1.6. Fixed an issue on the firewalls with an IPsec/Encapuslating Security Payload (ESP) traffic with GlobalProtect gateway configuration where multiple processes ( flow_ctrl , pktlog_forwarding , and all_task ) restarted, which caused the device to reboot.
